Choosing a Solid Conservatory Roof: What to Check
Solid conservatory roofs aren't all built the same. If you're comparing quotes, these are the things worth checking.
1. The finished U-value
This tells you how well the whole roof insulates. Nu-Look's is 0.14 W/m²K, the same insulation value as any other room in your home.
2. The frame
Some installers fit a factory-made kit. Nu-Look builds a bespoke timber frame on site, cut to fit your conservatory, which also gives the depth the insulation needs.
3. The tiles
